Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy applies to eligible products purchased directly from Allfunride. Allfunride is your first point of contact for warranty and after-sales support. Brand-specific coverage may vary, but the support process is managed through Allfunride.

Allfunride Warranty Support Process

If your product has a problem, contact Allfunride before arranging repair, return, exchange, or third-party service. Warranty service is intended to resolve manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. It does not automatically include a full product replacement, return, or refund.

Information Required For A Warranty Claim

Please contact our support team at support@allfunride.com and provide the following details to help us quickly identify the problem:

  • Order number and the email address used for the order.
  • A clear description of the issue.
  • Clear photos and/or videos showing the problem and the troubleshooting process, where possible.
  • Serial number, product identification code, or component code when requested.

For your safety, stop using the product if the issue affects the battery, motor, brakes, frame, steering, controller, charger, or any other safety-related component until the issue has been reviewed.

General Warranty Exclusions

Unless otherwise required by law, warranty coverage does not include:

  • Normal wear and tear, consumable parts, and routine adjustments.
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, crashes, negligence, improper assembly, improper maintenance, or failure to follow the user manual.
  • Water damage, riding in heavy rain, riding through puddles, submersion, or storage in improper conditions.
  • Unauthorized modification, third-party tuning, controller or speed setting changes, unauthorized repairs, or use of non-original parts.
  • Commercial use, rental use, stunt riding, extreme riding, overloading, or use outside the product's intended purpose.
  • Damage caused by an improper charger, power surge, improper battery maintenance, or improper battery storage.
  • Cosmetic issues that do not affect function, such as minor scratches or small finish marks.
  • Free gifts, promotional items, accessories not sold as covered parts, and second-hand or resold products.
  • The warranty applies only to the original purchaser. Second-hand or resold products are not covered.

Repairs, Parts, And Local Service

If a covered issue can be resolved with replacement parts, Allfunride or the brand may provide the required part and guidance. Local repair reimbursement must be approved before the repair is performed. Repairs by third parties without prior authorization may not be reimbursed.

Some e-bike adjustments, including disc brake adjustment and derailleur adjustment after assembly, are normal setup and maintenance steps. We may provide instructions or videos for these adjustments where appropriate.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect the package before signing. If the outer packaging is seriously damaged, refuse delivery where possible and take clear photos. If you sign for a package and later find shipping-related damage, please report visible shipping damage within 3 business days with photos of the box, shipping label, packaging, and product. And please keep all packaging until the case is resolved.

Brand-Specific Warranty Notes

OMW Electric Skateboards

  • Carbon deck: lifetime warranty for OMW carbon decks.
  • Complete OMW boards: 12-month warranty, including charger, truck, remote, battery, ESC, motor, and wheel hub.
  • Individual parts purchased separately: 6-month warranty for parts such as charger, truck, remote, battery, ESC, and motors.
  • For approved covered warranty issues, OMW may provide replacement parts and shipping support for the affected components.

PIXAR E-Bikes

  • 24 months: motor, frame, fork, and other covered non-wear/electronic components listed by PIXAR.
  • 12 months: battery and most listed components, including display panel, controller, hydraulic disc brakes, charger, rims, handlebar, stem, lights, mudguards, kickstand, and similar covered parts.
  • 6 months: seat, saddle or seat pad, seat tube clamp, pedals, and tires.
  • Not covered: inner tubes and other non-covered consumable items unless otherwise required by law.

ORLMS / Mingnuo E-Bikes

  • 12 months: battery, motor, and controller for non-human-caused defects from the delivery date.
  • 6 months: instrument/display, front fork, throttle ring, handlebar, crank gear, charger, front axle, rear axle, freewheel, and chain for non-human-caused defects.
  • 1 month: front and rear lights, pedals, tires, brakes, and consumable parts for non-human-caused defects.
  • Battery, motor, charger, frame, or similar traceable issues may require the corresponding code or serial number.
  • Functional shipping damage must be reported promptly with supporting evidence. Supplier support for ORLMS shipping damage is strongest when reported within 7 days from delivery.

Legal Rights

This Warranty Policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country or region. If local law provides additional rights, those rights remain available to you.
