Frequently Asked Questions

USA Stock means the product is intended to ship from a United States warehouse when that model, variant, and color are available at the time your order is processed.

It is designed for customers who want a clearer local-warehouse path, shorter delivery expectations, and fewer import-related surprises than an overseas shipment. Stock can still change quickly by model and variant, so the product page and checkout information should be reviewed before ordering.

For in-stock USA warehouse items, order processing usually takes 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays.

After the order has shipped, delivery is usually 3-10 working days depending on the product, destination, carrier, weather, seasonal volume, and local delivery conditions. Tracking updates may take 1-3 business days to appear after warehouse processing and the first carrier scan.

Current Allfunride policy states free shipping for eligible local-warehouse shipments within the continental United States.

This generally excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, military regions, PO boxes, remote areas, islands, and destinations with carrier or regulatory restrictions. If your address may be outside the normal service area, contact Allfunride before placing the order.

For eligible products shipped from a local US warehouse to a US address, import duties are usually not applicable because the item is already positioned for domestic fulfillment.

Final taxes, fees, and charges still depend on checkout, destination, product type, and local rules. If a product does not ship from the US warehouse, the product page or order communication should be checked for the applicable shipping and tax notes.

USA Stock products are normally intended for delivery within the continental United States through available warehouse and carrier partners.

Some products may not be deliverable to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US territories, military addresses, PO boxes, remote regions, islands, or locations with special carrier restrictions. If delivery cannot be completed to your destination, Allfunride may contact you before shipping to discuss alternatives or cancel and refund the order where required.

Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and email address are correct before placing the order.

If you need to change an address, contact Allfunride immediately. Address changes are not guaranteed once the order has entered warehouse processing, a shipping label has been created, or the package has left the warehouse. Incorrect or incomplete address details may lead to failed delivery, return shipping costs, carrier fees, or warehouse handling charges.

US e-bike rules are not controlled by one single nationwide riding rule. Federal consumer-product rules define a low-speed electric bicycle by factors such as fully operable pedals, an electric motor under 750W, and a motor-only speed under 20 mph under the federal test condition. Public-road use, sidewalks, bike lanes, trails, age limits, helmets, registration, and local enforcement are mainly handled by state, city, county, park, or trail rules.

Before buying, check the product page for motor power, top assisted speed, throttle or pedal-assist behavior, and whether the model is presented as an e-bike, electric dirt bike, scooter, or off-road vehicle. Then compare that information with your local rules before riding in public.

Many US states use a three-class e-bike system for bicycles with fully operable pedals and a motor of 750W or less.

Class 1: pedal assist only. The motor helps only while you are pedaling and stops assisting at 20 mph.

Class 2: throttle-assisted. The motor can propel the bike without pedaling, but it must stop assisting at 20 mph.

Class 3: higher-speed pedal assist. The motor helps only while you are pedaling and stops assisting at 28 mph. Class 3 bikes commonly require a speedometer and may have stricter age, helmet, sidewalk, path, or trail restrictions.

In many states that use the Class 1 / Class 2 / Class 3 system, compliant e-bikes are treated more like bicycles than motorcycles. That means they usually do not require a license plate, vehicle registration, motorcycle insurance, or a motorcycle driver's license.

This is not universal. Some states, cities, parks, campuses, or trail systems may set extra rules, and vehicles that exceed e-bike limits may be treated as mopeds, motor-driven cycles, motorcycles, or off-road vehicles. Always check your local DMV, transportation agency, city rules, and trail access rules before riding.

If the product is a compliant Class 1 or Class 2 e-bike, it is often the easiest type to use on ordinary roads, bike lanes, and many bicycle-accessible paths where local rules allow bicycles and e-bikes.

Class 3 e-bikes are commonly suitable for road and commuter use, but they may be restricted from sidewalks, multi-use paths, natural-surface trails, or use by younger riders. Sidewalk and trail access can be especially local: a city, county, park, school, or trail manager may allow, limit, or ban certain classes even when the state law allows e-bikes generally.
