The battery, motor, and controller are covered for 12 months from delivery for non-human-caused defects.

The instrument/display, front fork, throttle ring, handlebar, crank gear, charger, axles, freewheel, and chain are covered for 6 months. Lights, pedals, tires, brakes, and consumable parts are covered for 1 month.

Please send your order number, purchase date, model, color, tracking number, issue description, and clear photos or videos. Battery, motor, charger, frame, or similar issues may require the matching code or serial number.

ORLMS supplier no-reason return support is limited to 7 days from delivery, unused and resale-ready. Functional shipping damage should be reported promptly with evidence; supplier support is strongest when reported within 7 days from delivery.
