Refund policy

This Return, Refund, and Order Cancellation Policy applies to eligible products purchased directly from Allfunride. Brand-specific exceptions may apply and will be identified on the relevant product page, warranty information, or other policy notices where applicable.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region, including statutory withdrawal rights where required by law.

1. Before You Start a Return

Please contact Allfunride before returning any product. Unauthorized returns may be refused by the warehouse and may not qualify for a refund.

Approved returns should be sent only to the return address provided or confirmed by Allfunride during the return approval process. Please do not return any item without first contacting Allfunride and receiving return instructions. In some cases, the correct return address may vary depending on the product category, warehouse region, or brand-specific support arrangement.

2. Change-of-Mind Returns

Allfunride offers a 15-day voluntary change-of-mind return window for eligible products. Return requests must be submitted within 15 days after delivery. 

To qualify for a voluntary change-of-mind return, the product must be unused, uninstalled, unridden, complete, clean, and in resale-ready condition. It must be returned with its original packaging, manuals, chargers, keys, tools, protective materials, and all included accessories. We strongly recommend keeping the original packaging for at least 15 days after delivery.

Large electric ride products, including e-bikes, electric skateboards, electric dirt bikes, scooters, and similar vehicles, may not qualify for a full refund if they show signs of riding, installation, wear, damage, missing packaging, missing parts, scratches, mileage, or any condition that affects resale value.

For customers outside regions with mandatory withdrawal rights, change-of-mind returns generally require the product to be unused and in resale-ready condition. If a product shows signs of use or riding, the return may be refused or, if exceptionally approved, may be subject to depreciation, restocking, and handling deductions.

Where mandatory consumer withdrawal rights apply, including in parts of the EU, products may be inspected and tested to the extent necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning. If the product has been used beyond that level, an amount reflecting the resulting reduction in value may be deducted from the refund in accordance with applicable law.

3. Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the actual outbound shipping cost, return shipping cost, and any related carrier or warehouse handling charges unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing by Allfunride.

Shipping costs for large electric ride products can be high. Customers are strongly encouraged to contact Allfunride before arranging any return shipment.

Customers are also encouraged to insure the return package against loss or damage during transit.

4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives damaged, incomplete, or with a functional issue, please contact Allfunride as soon as possible with the following:

  • Order number
  • Delivery date
  • Product model
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos and videos, where available

After review, Allfunride may offer troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair guidance, approved local repair support, exchange, refund, or another appropriate solution depending on the issue, product condition, brand policy, and stock availability.

Defect-related claims should not be self-repaired, returned, or sent to a third-party repair location without authorization, where prior approval is required under the applicable brand policy.

5. Return Requirements

To help ensure a smooth return process, approved returns must generally meet the following requirements:

1. Original packaging: The item and all included accessories must be returned in the original packaging, where reasonably possible.

2. Resale condition: The item should be free from avoidable wear, scratches, misuse, or damage that materially affects resale value.

3. All included contents: Chargers, keys, manuals, tools, hardware, protective inserts, and other included items must be returned.

4. Approved return route: The item must be sent only to the return address provided or confirmed by Allfunride during the return approval process.

5. Inspection on receipt: Refunds and deductions are determined after the returned item is received and inspected.

If a fixed return address is published for operational reasons, it does not override the requirement for prior approval. Returns sent without authorization may be rejected or delayed.

6. How to Initiate a Return

Once it has been confirmed that an order may qualify for return, please contact the Allfunride Support Team and provide:

  • Order number
  • Email address used for the purchase
  • Clear photos or video showing the item’s condition
  • Clear photos or video showing the original packaging and included parts
  • A description of the reason for the return

Helpful evidence may include:

  • Front and back views of the item
  • Close-up images showing any scratches, cracks, or visible wear
  • Photos or videos confirming that included parts and accessories are present
  • Photos or videos showing the condition of the box and internal packaging

A clear condition video may help speed up eligibility review and reduce disputes during inspection.

7. Refund Amounts and Deductions

Refunds are reviewed after the returned product is received and inspected. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7-12 business days for the refund process to be completed.

Depending on the condition of the returned item and the reason for return, deductions may apply for:

  • Used condition or visible wear
  • Riding mileage or other evidence of use
  • Damaged packaging
  • Missing parts or accessories
  • Carrier costs or return freight
  • Warehouse handling costs
  • Product condition that reduces resale value

For voluntary returns that are not related to product quality issues, are not subject to mandatory statutory withdrawal rights, and are not caused by Allfunride, a 6% processing fee imposed by Allfunride’s payment service provider will be deducted from the refund.

For approved returns of used or ridden products, a depreciation or restocking deduction in the range of 10%–30% may apply depending on condition, use, repackaging burden, and resale impact.

If the returned product does not meet the stated return requirements, the deduction may be greater, or the return may be refused where permitted by law.

8. Exchanges

Exchanges depend on stock availability, product condition, warehouse location, and applicable brand policy.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, Allfunride may discuss available alternatives, including a different model, a different color or variant, store credit where appropriate, repair support, or refund options where applicable.

9. Non-Returnable Situations

Unless otherwise required by law, products may be non-returnable if they:

  • Have been used beyond reasonable inspection or approved testing
  • Have been modified or altered
  • Have been damaged by misuse, improper charging, crash, water exposure, or neglect
  • Have been damaged during unauthorized repair or installation
  • Are returned without approval
  • Are returned in a condition that prevents safe resale
  • Were shipped outside the continental USA or eligible EU countries, unless defective or required by applicable law
  • Are custom or made-to-order products
  • Are clearance items, unless defective or required by applicable law
  • Are individual parts that are non-returnable due to shipping or supplier restrictions, unless defective or required by applicable law

10. Order Cancellation

Allfunride generally begins processing and ships orders within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. If a consumer initiates an order cancellation before the order has shipped and within the cancellation window, the order may be canceled. A 6% processing fee (charged by payment service providers) will be deducted from the refund.

Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. Please note that warehouses may process orders before shipment notifications are sent, and such orders cannot be withdrawn once in transit.

If the order has already shipped, the request may be handled as a return, carrier return, or other post-shipment solution, depending on carrier status, warehouse policy, and applicable law.

Unless the cancellation is caused by Allfunride or required by law, the customer may be responsible for actual shipping, return shipping, warehouse handling costs, and any other non-recoverable logistics costs.

If Allfunride is unable to ship the order within the originally expected timeframe, available options may include waiting for the updated shipment date, switching to another available product or variant, or canceling the order and receiving a refund where applicable.

11. Order Changes and Address Changes

Customers may request an address change before the order has been shipped, but address changes are not guaranteed once an order has entered warehouse handling.

Once the order has shipped, address modifications may no longer be possible.

If a customer changes the delivery address through the carrier or otherwise alters delivery instructions without Allfunride’s authorization, any resulting costs, delays, failed delivery, or losses may become the customer’s responsibility.

Refused delivery may lead to additional carrier charges, return freight, warehouse handling fees, or shipment loss. Where a refused or undeliverable shipment is lost or incurs non-recoverable costs, the customer may be held responsible unless the issue was caused by Allfunride or required by law to be handled differently.

12. Legal Rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region.

Where statutory withdrawal or refund rights apply under local law, those rights prevail over any conflicting parts of this policy. Any deduction for value reduction due to use beyond necessary inspection will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
